Video: Auto rates for Mar. 14, 2013

I'm Lucas Wysocki with your weekly look at auto loan rates.

Auto loan rates were mixed this week with average rates for 5-year and 4-year new-car loans each down 1 basis point, setting new record lows of 4.08 percent and 4 percent, respectively.

Rates on used car loans stayed put, with the average rate on a 3-year used-car loan holding steady at 4.68 percent.

Driving a luxury car has some obvious perks, but manufacturers of flashy cars can also brag that they have top customer service. J.D. Power and Associates released the results of its annual U.S. Customer Service Index Study this week, and Lexus topped the ranking, followed by Cadillac and Jaguar in second and third.
